Abiding Hearts, and its founder, Linda Guy are affiliated with ALMI.
As a partner with ALMI and other affiliates, we work together as God leads. We are each a branch of the Vine, Jesus Christ, rather than belonging to an organisation in which branches are connected to other branches.
Our common goal and passion, that of presenting a Christ-focused message means we minister WITH one another, and not for, or under others.
This ministering WITH, includes use of resources from ALMI, at times participating together in seminars and conferences, working with mutual friends, but at the same time, developing a unique expression and ministry for Abiding Hearts.
We do not compete; but we complete in the body of Christ, along with you in whom this same message has also been planted.
Abiding Hearts is a growing, expanding ministry of the ones, to the 'one'.We look forward to connecting with others and seeing what God is doing in and through us for His glory, and for the growth in Christ of His people.
Linda Guy
Linda is, by profession a teacher, and enjoys lecturing, teaching, speaking and writing on the abiding life to adults in many different countries and denominations.Ukraine, Latvia, Nigeria, Ghana, USA, Australia and the Philippines are some of the countries she travels to regularly. She has been involved in this ministry, and in personal discipleship counseling for 10 years. Previously, Linda was fully occupied with raising her family. Her years of experience as a teacher, mother, wife, and secretary for her husband's business equip her well to understand many of the challenges people face in daily life. She has spent many hours in discipleship-counseling with discouraged believers. Her training is formally with Abiding Life Ministries International and has also been through experiencing defeat herself as a Christian. After many years of being lost in the wilderness and of searching for answers in theology, different churches, and legalism, God bought her to the revelation of what it really means to be crucified with Christ, and yet alive in Him. This love of the message of abiding in the Presence of Christ motivates her to share with individuals and churches who invite her.She and Bob, her husband are one in this ministry, and have five adult children.
